Such as deep diaghpramatic breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness based techniques, guided visualizations, establishing a calming bed routine for a restful sleep, integrating healthy alternatives for nutrition and exercise, yoga practices, and art therapy to release stressors, learning how to just be in the present moment and discover what helps you truly relax, creating an art piece of what your soul and ideal safe place looks like, within this supportive environment. It is an enriching experience to return to self, inviting ease and comfort back into your life, learning how to slow down and establish boundaries, and creating space and time for yourself to unwind.
