Service Description
Tired of struggling with constant anxiety, is this fear taking over your life? Come meet with others in this safe and supportive atmosphere, where you can simply come as you are, with no judgement, and be amongst others sharing likeminded experiences and thoughts, to find support and a common ground. Here we will explore various forms of stressors and soothers of your anxiety, exploring core issues of stress related to your current situation and moving forwards, discussing various s topics related to anxiety and anxiety-reduction techniques. This confidential group therapy session will be centered on cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral techniques to assist with reducing anxiety. Here you may learn how to manage your anxiety, by addressing all your physiological needs, to gain information how you feel physically in response to anxiety, emotional how you feel, what you think, and how you react. In essence, we explore feelings, thought patterns, and behavior, learning how to reframe using mindfulness, deep breathing techniques, art therapy (sometimes), and it will be a relaxing and calming group where you may ground yourself, supported by others feedbacks and commentary. There is hope and you are not alone.
